Three rules we don't break.

Regulators are users.
Audit logs, reports and controls are first-class product — not exports nobody runs. If a regulator can't read it in five minutes, we redesign it.

Customers own their stack.
Our customers run real banks. They get source-available licensing past a point, BYO Kubernetes, and the right to take their data and code with them. No lock-in tax.

Boring earns trust.
No magic, no hand-waving, no AI promises we can't operationalise. We ship slowly, audit obsessively, and write the post-mortems ourselves.

Seven years, 38 tenants, one ledger.

2019
Founded in a Frankfurt apartment
Seven engineers from ING, Adyen and Mambu pool their savings to build "the core they wished they'd had". Customer zero is a Lithuanian EMI that ships in 11 weeks.
2020
Cards & SEPA in production
Mastercard certification finished by week 17. First million euros settle through the platform on a rainy Tuesday in November.
2022
First chartered bank goes live
A regional Spanish bank wraps its T24 core with MCoreBank as a side-car. Two product lines migrate fully in 14 months. Regulators sign off without an extension.
2024
Profitable. Series B, declined.
We close the year EBITDA-positive on €38M ARR. Three term sheets get politely returned. We continue to bootstrap and pay dividends to early team.
2026
DORA-aligned. MiCA-ready. v4.2 ships.
FedNow & SEPA Instant in GA. 38 production tenants across 42 markets. Sovereign tier launches for chartered banks who need on-premises.
